Erica Diggs (Apostolic Evangelist)

Erica Diggs is a Nashville native with over 25 years of ministry experience. She holds a degree in Spanish from Tennessee State University and previously served for ten years as a bilingual Federal Investigator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, conducting workplace discrimination investigations nationwide.

After leaving the EEOC, Erica answered a call to ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, serving as an Area Representative in Nashville and mentoring student-athletes and coaches. Dr. Delvin Pikes

Dr. Delvin Pikes has spent over a two decades ministering to students across dozens of campuses after encountering Christ as a college athlete at Middle Tennessee State University. That life-changing experience led to the formation of a growing campus ministry among his teammates and ultimately a call into full-time ministry.

Following graduation, Delvin served for twelve years at MTSU and surrounding high school and college campuses. From 2015–2019, he served as ENC Nashville Campus Director and Central Region Director for Every Nation Campus, overseeing outreach efforts across multiple campuses.

Delvin holds a B.S. from MTSU, an M.A. from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary. He is married to his wife, Ginessa, and together they are raising eight children. His doctoral work, Every Campus: Best Practices for Starting New Campus Ministries, was published in 2020.

Christina Meadows

Christina is a survivor turned advocate who has spent six years fighting against human trafficking and supporting survivors through trauma-informed care, leadership, and compassionate outreach. Her ministry is deeply personal—shaped by her own journey through exploitation and addiction, and transformed through the redemptive power of Christ.

Today, Christina serves as a leader within the Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition, where she helps lead initiatives, provide training, and support teams working directly with survivors. Her work combines professional training in trauma-informed care with a strong biblical foundation, creating safe spaces where healing, restoration, and hope can begin.

As a sought-after speaker, Christina shares her testimony of resilience, faith, and redemption to remind others that freedom is possible. Her passion for outreach and advocacy inspires individuals and communities to stand against exploitation and to believe that God can turn pain into purpose.

Breakout Sessions at The Great Exchange

One of the most meaningful parts of The Great Exchange is our breakout sessions—intentionally designed spaces where participants can engage honestly, ask questions, and grow alongside others in similar seasons of life.

These sessions are led by trusted couples and leaders who bring real experience, biblical wisdom, and compassion. Whether you are single or married, young adult or seasoned believer, each breakout offers practical insight and encouragement rooted in God’s promise to exchange ashes for beauty and rebuild lives into oaks of righteousness (Isaiah 61:1–3).

What Makes Our Breakouts Different

Still in the Game

A special breakout designed to encourage adults 60+ to recognize their ongoing value, calling, and role in mentoring, prayer, and community building—helping unite generations rather than separate them.

A Space to Grow Together

Breakout sessions are not lectures—they are conversations. Each session creates room for reflection, dialogue, prayer, and practical application, allowing participants to leave not only inspired, but equipped.
